Modern life asks us to keep moving, keep producing, and keep carrying. Over time, we can forget that we belong to something larger. We can forget that there is another way. This Mother Earth is not simply beneath our feet. She is alive, responsive, and in relationship with us.
This ceremony is an invitation to remember.
Inside the Ceremony
Marie Rose will guide you through a simple, embodied practice of lying upon the Earth and entering into conscious relationship with Pachamama—the Great Mother.
You will be invited to:
- Release what has become heavy.
- Feel the support beneath you.
- Receive the nourishment of the Earth.
- Listen for what becomes available when you slow down.
- Remember that you are part of the living world, not separate from it and this support is always available to you.
The ceremony is approximately 10 minutes and can be practiced preferrably outdoors or inside while lying comfortably on the floor.
